• I have (OR WILL) listed all known conflicts during the published rehearsal and performance period.

• I understand that submitting an audition does not guarantee a callback or role.

• I authorize the producing organization and its designated artistic team to view my submitted audition materials solely for casting and production planning.

• I understand that audition recordings will not be posted publicly or used for advertising without separate permission.

• If cast, I agree to follow the production’s rehearsal, safety, upstanding moral code, positive conduct, costume, recording and performance policies provided to the company.

• I understand that any stage combat, lifts, physical sequences and prop-weapon work must be performed only as directed and rehearsed by the authorized production staff.

• For applicants under 18 I am the parent or legal guardian and authorize this audition submission and casting consideration.
